At the center of the Aikido Dojo Südstern is the big training mat, which allows for training comfortably and safely, even during well-attended classes.
The Dojo ideal for martial arts like Karate, Judo, Taekwondo, Kung fu and for Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Körperarbeit, Tanz, etc.
